If you have any special requirements, please make these clear ahead of ordering e.g. a deadline for completion. Goods are invariably made to order (except Arthur Price range which is usually available in 7-14 days) and are unlikely to be ready for despatch in less than 8 to 12 weeks from the date of order depending on the manufacturer. Therefore, early enquiry and ordering is advisable and please make any deadline known to us when you enquire.
SAMPLES
Because the factory makes to order, we may not be able to send you the items that you would wish to see immediately. If possible, therefore, please check our Showroom Page to review patterns and be sure to click on the high-resolution photo options for each pattern. Our Points of Excellence page (Elkington/James Dixon) will help to reassure you that you will receive top quality merchandise should you entrust us with supplying your order.
DEADLINES
Goods are usually made to order so it follows that large orders will need some time to complete. We will try to help you as best we can but do try to give us as much notice as possible, say 2/3 months from the date of placing order to the date of readiness for despatch. This is not a guarantee that any size of order can be made within that period, just a rough indication. Please clarify deadline requirements in the 'comments' section on the enquiry form below. We will treat each enquiry on its merits and do our best to be able to satisfy your requirements.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE COSTS
These will be quoted on receipt of a detailed specification from you as to what items you need and the numbers required.
LOGO
If your items are required to be marked with a logo or initials then please be prepared to supply adequate artwork for use if necessary. An additional charge will apply and, naturally, will lenghthen the time to completion.
SILVERWARE
In addition to cutlery/flatware, we can also offer you additional items of tableware to include trays, salvers, bar accessories, candlesticks, decanters, condiment sets and tea services.
