Elkington were the suppliers of flatware to the luxury dining sections on board the Titanic and other ships in the White Star Line fleet. The pattern supplied was Dubarry and this pattern is still available today via our site.

The Titanic was the height of luxury in its day. The Elkington company was commissioned to supply the Titanic with its silverware, as it did for some of the other liners in the White Star fleet. As you may have seen elsewhere on our web site, Elkington cutlery has been chosen by royalty, top hotels, high quality restaurants, and many establishments where high quality is regarded as being important.

The pattern used on the Titanic was Dubarry -

We are delighted to say that supplies of this pattern may be ordered from our web site with the original Elkington brand and that the White Star logo can also be added if you wish. Sets are supplied loose but, should you wish to order a wooden box, this too can be supplied for 7 piece settings. Boxes are wooden with a leatherette finish. In the table below, we display prices for silver plated (to a generous 35 microns of silver plating) items in the Dubarry pattern. Dubarry is also available in stainless steel or in sterling silver. The cost of the White Star Line logo will be the same for all materials i.e. £1.20 per piece.
